What You’ll See & Do

Immerse yourself in a local non tourist driven tour, we provide the tour that travelers request. Its to see the local areas outside the resorts, provides a unique insight to the locals way of life.

1-First stop is at the one of the oldest and popular sections in Baravo that Is Los Colares, a famous location because it has a lot of ExPat and international visitors who stay long term.  All properties have access to the local beaches, that are for everyone to enjoy. This area is famous due to many international bars and restaurants that define the neighborhood.

2-Vist to BIBI JAGUA market that is the oldest local “authorized original market” located right beside one of the 1st resort complex in the area that is [Barcelo] and over here you will learn how to really haggle with prices if you want to buy something there. Its like stepping back in time.

3-Visit of Plaza San Juan Shopping Center, where you can find different kind of retail and supermarket stores. This is a wonderful opportunity to buy local Dominican products to take home.  There are a few fast food restaurants and a IKEA outlet.

4-Visit of the popular Downtown mall, that is one of the most “modern” malls on the area, stores, restaurants, supermarket, souvenir shop, and much more.

5-Last stop is optional, that is to go to a car wash to have a cold beer or a cocktail in a car wash, where local people go there to wash their vehicles and while it is in process enjoy a beer, snack, cocktail or juice. (Food or drinks are at the cost of the customer expenses).

Rest to say that we provide this selection of places, so clients have the option to buy their souvenirs when and where they want it and we do not have any agreement with any of this places, also like that have the change to see a little bit of Bavaro and not only buy souvenirs, also to eat, drink, buy cigars, etc.

Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes – even with the best of intentions – the best-laid plans go awry. However, from the time that you make your booking with us, we commit your places and hold them for you. This means that should someone else want to go on the tour/event you are booked on, we may not be able to take that person or people on the tour. We ask you to please understand that, should you cancel your tour, you may be charged a cancellation fee. This is, amongst other reasons, why we strongly recommend you consider travel insurance as a part of your trip planning.
All of our day/night tours have no cancellation fees for changes up to 24 hours before your tour departure time. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure time or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour/event fare.
